Dorchester • Front Porch Rebuild

Tear down/rebuild of an existing three story deck. We framed out the deck using pressure treated lumber and mechanical fasteners. This is a covered porch, using rubber roofing membranes. We installed TimberTech composite decking, TimberTech RadianceRail composite railings and composite trim throught. We installed a cedar tongue and groove ceiling and finished with polyurethane. Completed in 2020.
