Cambridge, MA • Roof Deck Project

Complete rebuild of an existing rotted roof deck. We framed out the new deck using pressure treated lumber and mechanical fasteners. We install composite trim, TimberTech composite decking (two tone. darker border) and customized the TimberTech RadianceRail composite railings with doubling the baluster spacing to create a bit of a privacy fence aspect to the rails. Completed in 2014
