Let’s get serious. A preliminary contract is signed with Coen Construction and we roll up our sleeves to start planning your project.

As a general contractor, we can work with your architect & designer or, we can provide all these requirements and take care of every aspect to put your vision on paper.

The team is created. Our staff and proven trade partners work towards your design and architecture. If you already have drawings it’s ok.

Get the conceptual drawings approved and we get all required permits.

Finalize the design and required investment.

Activation of the project. The Coen Construction team communicates every step of the way. Everything you need to know about your project is accessible to you 24/7. Schedule, budget, pictures, documents.

Project kick off. The Coen Construction team execute planned work with reliable suppliers and proven trades coordination.
