Belmont • Front Porch Rebuild

Six unit condo association building needed a complete tear down/rebuild of the existing front porches. We framed the new porches using pressure treated lumber and mechanical fasteners. These are covered porches, meaning they have rubber roofing membranes under each floor to allow a finished ceiling to be installed on each level. We installed Trex composite decking and trim throughout, including the ceiling paneling. The Railings are TimberTech Radiance Rail composite railings. Project completed in 2019.
