  • “My rear porch needed some structural and cosmetic improvements. I awarded the contract to Coen Construction. The owner Scott Coen provided me with a proposal outlining the scope of work to be done. His work crew show up early to commence the project. As with any project there will be delays such as the weather. When this occurred Scott communicated that his work crew would not come out due to the weather or other scheduling issues. Whenever a issue arise on the job site, I would express my concern to the site foreman for a resolution. These will be escalated back to Scott and resolved without impacting the budget. Overall my impression working with Coen Construction was positive, they do quality work in a timely manner. I would utilize their services in the future if needed.”
